Painted cyclists will cycle after the Parade, beginning at pm. Everyone is always invited to witness the spectacle of people-powered ensembles weaving through the streets of Fremont with music, dancers, stilt walkers, floats, and an abundance of breathtaking art. For over 30 years the soul of the Parade has dwelled in its participants, the artists and volunteers, and what each brings to the streets. Who are these people?

Nude cyclists reclaim the start of Fremont Solstice Parade
For more than 30 years the Fremont Solstice Parade has wowed, bedazzled and inspired Seattle in magical celebration of the longest day of the year. Below is everything you need to know to join in, spectate or join the hordes naked cyclists, including more than 60 ensembles and thousands of others that parade through Fremont to Gas Works Park, with local and national bands, art, great food, friends and more. The Fremont Solstice is Community Powered! The event is free for spectators, and everyone is invited to join in with an ensemble in the parade or as part of the naked bicycle ride.
This year we will be focusing around a riding contingent painted in the Cascadian colors, and cycling as a block of blue white and green! Once we reach the end of the parade at Gasworks Park, we will dance, wave flags, and have a table with flyers and flags to share the Cascadia love. We will have blue, white, green and black paint available and small bicycle flags available by donation so you can fly the flag whatever paint design you have in mind for your body. For any questions, check out Solstice Cycles for all the info you might ever need!
